Refund Policy
Thank you for being a part of our community.
To be eligible for a refund, users must comply with our booking cancellation guidelines;
The user who has made the booking -
If you have a live booking that you want to cancel, the cancellation must be made 1 hour before the booking's start time to not be charged. All cancellations within an hour before the start time will not be refunded.
All refunded payments will be issued to the payment method that was used when making the booking and can take up to 5-10 working days to show up on your bank account.
The user who has been booked -
If you have a live booking that you want to cancel, you can cancel the booking anytime before the start time and will not receive payment for the booking.
How to complete a refund
⁃ Go into Bookings on the PipLens app
⁃ Select the booking(s) you want to cancel
⁃ Select cancel booking
Note: cancellations are only refundable when made no less than an hour before the start time of the booking.
