Account Deletion Policy

We hate to see you go, but if you need to delete your Account, simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Sign in to your Account

  2. Select Menu option

  3. Scroll down to My Account

  4. Choose Cancel My Account

NOTE: Deleting your Account will delete all your videos, images, scheduled bookings, and your profile.

What if I don’t see a way to delete my Account page?

If you do not see the delete option in your Account, please contact our support team at support@piplens.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

If I delete my PipLens Account, will I be charged for upcoming bookings?

You will not be charged If you delete your Account before any upcoming bookings scheduled 1 hour before their start time. We advise you to cancel any upcoming bookings you have before deleting your Account.

Can I rejoin if I delete my PipLens Account?

Anytime! We'd love to have you back, so whenever you're ready, simply sign up for an Account.

NOTE: These are the only methods to delete your Account. Signing out of your Account does not delete your Account.
