Bookings Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your upcoming Booking(s), simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Sign into your Account

  2. Click the Bookings icon

  3. Select the Booking you wish to cancel

  4. Click Cancel Booking

What if I don’t see a way to cancel Bookings on the My Bookings page?

If you do not see the cancellation option, please contact our support team at and we’ll be happy to assist.

How long do I have before I can no longer cancel my Bookings?

You can cancel any upcoming booking(s) scheduled 1 hour or more before their start time, however, if you fail to cancel a booking(s) scheduled to start in less than an hour you will be charged the full booking fee for late cancellation.

Can I rebook a call if I cancel a scheduled booking?

Sure! As long as the user you wish to book has available slots then you can simply book again.

NOTE: Deleting your Account with upcoming booking(s) scheduled to start in under an hour will not prevent you from being charged for late cancellation.
