How do I add the title(s) that describe me on my profile?
• Go into settings
• Select ‘interests’
• Scroll down the page
• In the title(s) field type and save the title(s) which describe you
How do I change the title(s) that describe me on my profile?
• Go into settings
• Select ‘interests’
• Type the title you want to change & untick the box
How do I cancel an upcoming booking?
• Go into bookings
• Select the booking you want to cancel
• Select cancel booking
Note: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking will not be refunded.
How do I report content?
Select the image or video. Above the image or video tap the three dots on the top right side and select Report.
How do I block a user?
Go onto the users' profile(s) you want to block. On the top right side of their profile tap the three dots and select Block.
How to onboard Stripe on PipLens?
1. Tap the menu bar top right of your profile
2. Scroll down to “payments onboarding”
3. Tap the “Start onboarding process” button
follow the steps and make sure to complete all the mandatory fields. When you have completed this process successfully, in your ‘settings’ screen on your PipLens account you will see ‘Payments dashboard’ where you can keep track of all your payments including when they’ve been paid and where from. You can also set an earnings goal to help you reach a specific target which we recommend for good practice.
How long does it take to receive payments into my bank account?
When payment(s) is released on your Stripe payments dashboard, it can take 3-4 working days for funds to be available in your bank account for withdrawal.
