How to set up a PipLens account

  1. Select ‘sign up

  2. Create a username

  3. Add your email address

  4. Create a password

  5. Confirm password

How to set availability

  1. Go onto your profile

  2. Tap the set availability’ button

  3. Choose fee per slot

  4. Choose slot duration

  5. Choose the days you’re available

Note: In order to accept bookings and receive payments, you must complete the Stripe onboarding process.

How to cancel a booking

  1. Go into bookings on your profile

  2. Select the booking you want to cancel

  3. Select cancel booking

How to upload content

  1. Go onto your profile

  2. Tap the ‘ + ‘ icon below the ‘About’ section

  3. Choose camera or gallery to upload an image or video

  4. Add a ‘category’

  5. Add a ‘title’

  6. Add a ‘caption’

  7. Tap ‘post’

How to report a post

  1. Select the post you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘report’

How to report a user

  1. Go onto the user’s profile you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘report’

How to block a user

  1. Go onto the user’s profile you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘block’
