How to set up a PipLens account

  1. Select sign up

  2. Create a username

  3. Add your email address

  4. Create a password

  5. Confirm password

How to book a live discussion

  1. Go onto the users' profile you wish to book

  2. Tap the ‘call me button

  3. Choose a date available

  4. Choose a time slot available

  5. Fill in the ‘agenda’

  6. Choose the category available ‘open’ or “private’

  7. Complete booking

  8. Complete payment process

Note: In order to book a discussion, you must complete the Stripe onboarding process.

How to cancel a booking

  1. Go into bookings on your profile

  2. Select the booking you want to cancel

  3. Select cancel booking

Note: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking will not be refunded.

How to upload content

  1. Go onto your profile

  2. Tap the ‘ + ‘ icon below the ‘About’ section

  3. Choose camera or gallery to upload an image or video

  4. Add a ‘category’

  5. Add a ‘title’

  6. Add a ‘caption’

  7. Tap ‘post’

How to report a post

  1. Select the post you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘report’

How to report a user

  1. Go onto the user’s profile you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘report’

How to block a user

  1. Go onto the user’s profile you want to report

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right side of the post

  3. Select ‘block’
